The minimum rental period is 1 month.
The rental starts from the following day of the delivery day and ends a day prior to the return date. So for example, if you select the delivery date as 5th June and return date as 6th July. The rental is charged for 30 days.
We want the rentals to be affordable & attractive to both short-term and long-term users. Hence, the rental is calculated in a way that the effective per-day rental reduces as you rent longer.
Yes, there is a refundable security deposit for most products. We typically collect 10-15% of the cost of the product. This is to ensure safe & fair usage of the product.
Yes, the deposit is fully refundable upon the return of the products subject to basic quality checks. Don't worry 95% orders pass the quality check.
